Connecting Families

We believe that Connecting Families is an important part of cultural transformation. High View Church works with several neighborhood organization to help create a family friendly urban environment. Part of the goal of the kids ministry at High View is to connect parents with other parents and allow healthy relationships to grow for the betterment of our kids. A few ways we try to connect families in the city are:

Connecting Faith

We believe that it is never too early to learn about Jesus and the Bible. Teaching our kids about God is an incredibly important aspect of character development, and will benefit them for the rest of their lives. It is with great pleasure that we use Children Desiring God curriculum to teach our kids. This curriculum, produced by the ministries of John Piper, is designed to teach about God from the Bible in a way that children enjoy learning about Him. You will see your kid wanting to come to church, and you will hear your child singing songs about Jesus. It doesn't get better than that.

A Word to Parents...

High View Church values the safety and security of your child. Nothing is more precious than watching your little one learning about Jesus and playing with other children. We believe that for real cultural transformation to take place in the city, we need to raise up a generation who love Jesus and want Him to be glorified. That begins with our children. Please accept the task of raising your children in the love and adoration of our Savior, and we promise that we will join you in this great endeavor.
